Ratana Knee High Boot

Slightly tight on toe box but if I get 1/2 a size bigger it will be too big so I’m hoping it’ll stretch out or something a cobbler can fix. I am between 8-8.5 and went with 8.5.

Received these today. Did not disappoint. Having the zipper on side help getting them on. Will need to stretch but otherwise really nice boots for the price

For reference my feet measure 26cm and I am 5'7.5 tall with slender athletic legs. I usually wear a size 9-9.5 in sneakers, but 10 in boots, however, with pointed boots I always have to size up. I got these in a size 11 since they didn't have a size 10.5 and they fit perfect with just enough wiggle room for thick wool socks. They fit right under my knee, and I love the fact that they are only 14" around the calf! Finding boots in my size with 13-14" around the calf area is so rare! I am so happy with these boots, I wish they came in other colors.

These are really great boots, in many ways, but the front half of the foot area is VERY tight. I am a true 7.5 in boots, but these were extremely snug. I do think they would have stretched out to fit well, but there are other issues. These sag around the ankles rather dramatically. That can be a cute look if you're going to be wearing these with higher hemlines, but I bought these to wear with midi skirts, and it just looks sloppy. If you have a short enough hemline that you can see the entire shaft of the boot, it looks good, but, for my purposes, this is a no. It's too bad, because from the side, they look great, but looking at them from the front, the loose ankles just don't suit. I'm returning these, but I do recommend these boots!

I was worried about the pointed toe but these are the most comfy boots and I am surprised at how well they hug my foot in a good way. I was betwee 6 and 6.5 and am usually a 6.5 so I went with the larger but they fit so well that I could likely have been ok with the 6. I think they are flattering too not too high and have the cut in front. The heel is super comfy too I don't even feel I am wearing a heel. Pleasantly surprised that these cute and comfy boots...
