Superb!

Very poor craftsmanship/quality.

Very poor craftsmanship/quality. This is the second pair after returning the first pair for the same quality issues. One pair looks like it has already been worn, and both have black paint on the buckles that can't be removed. Is there a quality control department that double-checks the shoes for imperfections?
