Comfortable but not flattering
The shorts have spandex so they stretch and are comfortable. The length isn't too long, but the high waisted style is not flattering unless one has a flat stomach. That's my problem area so they didn't work for me. I sent them back. They ran a little large. I am between a 4 and 6 and the 4 fit perfectly so size down if you're between sizes.

Cute jean shorts, but too big. I am 4'11", 86 lbs and the size 00 was too big. Too wide and the hips and waist was too high. Please make clothes to fit women who are truly petite!!

Best shorts ever
These are amazing! Soft denim with a touch of stretch. The waistband has a hidden insert (not plain elastic) that keeps your shirt from looking stretched out after wearing, but has enough give to be amazingly comfortable. I have owned three of these in different lengths and colors of denim. Would like more colors Will buy again!
