Mercer Slip-On Sneaker (Men)

I don’t usually leave a lot of reviews and I would say that I’m about 95% satisfied with Nordstrom Rack over the last 15 years. I really needed to shoot for an event and when it got delivered, it was delivered in a P448 box! Which is a totally different brand than Vince. Not only was it delivered in that box, but the shoe was also worn a dirty, bottom sole and discoloration of the white. Especially upset about this because I now have to return that and there are no more in stock.

These shoes looked used and came in a bag. When I called customer support she said she sent a message to the warehouse to see if they were used shoes and I would receive an email response the next business day. I never heard back. Luckily the store took these back. Horrible experience.

Terrible product. I ordinarily wear a 9.5 (average width). Due to reviews stating this shoe runs small, I ordered 8.5. How can a shoe be both too big and too small at the same time?? Construct of the shoe is absurd. The 8.5 slips in the heel, but the toe box is way too tight - and this is not a problem with the width of the shoe/toe box - it’s actually too tight in the height of the toe box. While the back of the shoe slips like it’s too big, the toes feel like they at being squeezed from top to bottom. Unwearable. Too be sure, I went to the store and tried on both a size 8 and a size 9. I could barely squeeze my foot into the 8 because it was too short, and the size 9 was even looser in the back with the same tight fit in the toe box. Waste of money!
