Healy Donegal Tweed Dickey Jacket

This jacket looks grey from a distance but has a wonderful colored detail throughout with makes it very versatile. It’s beautiful in person, has a great fit and modern cut. I don’t agree the material is scratchy, it felt very comfortable. However I find size up one size because there is no give to the material and it does run a bit small. Lovely blazer!!

I love this blazer. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews. I have worn it with and without a dickey, and the fabric feels comfortable, not scratchy. The tag can be annoying, but it is easy to remove. The blazer pairs well with many colors. I am 5'4" and bought a size 8. It fits well on my curvy frame. I recommend trying it on in person to check sizing and feel before buying.

I love the color, feel of the fabric and cut of this jacket but not the fit. It definitely runs small and as someone else said for the price it should fit perfectly. I’m a 6 or 8 in VB jackets so after reading the reviews saying it ran small I ordered the 8. It’s still snug across the back and snug in the arms. I don’t have skinny arms for reference. I may order the 10 to see if it fits better but had wanted to take this jacket on vacation in a week and the 10 won’t arrive in time. This jacket’s fabric does not have elastane so maybe that’s why it’s tight and has no give. I have short arms so the 3/4 length sleeve is perfect on me for once. I’m so disappointed, there are so many things to love about this jacket but I’m leaning towards returning it.

Absolutely love this jacket…all season, cut is so flattering, soft fabric, modern take on a traditional fabric. Subtitle coloring has black, grey, blue, off white, and a warm red. Sizing is true to their charts, but one size bigger than comparable brands. I will be paring it with a Tee, and a stovepipe legged jean. My new favorite cool weather go to jacket. Love it.
