It came wrapped in a plastic bag and rubber band. No box. Obvious signs of dirty finger prints on the suede. Disappointed.

Cute; opening too wide
The style is cute, high quality and comfortable, like all Ugg boots. However the opening of the boot is too wide - far wider than most Ugg boots or pant legs. On a shorter person such as myself (5’3”) the wide boot opening looks disproportionate and makes my legs look shorter. Sadly had to return these.

Opening too big
They are cute until you put them on. The ankle/calf opening looks awkward. It's too wide and does not hug your leg. Returned!

My feet are still cold wearing these boots.
This is my 4th pair of Uggs through many years... I bought this particular pair because my last pair were so worn and over used, meaning they were my favorite pair to wear specially in the winter. This new pair I just got is so unlike my previous pairs. They're very uncomfortable because my feet were cold all the time. Plus they were very tight on my feet. I thought they'd be broken into already by now. But unfortunately it still hasn't. I'm even suspecting that these are not real! Anyway, very disappointing because these shoes are not cheap!
