Really comfy
The style: I read mixed reviews but really wanted a platform winter sherpa boot and the choices are not so many. I liked the style of this in the photos due to the akward but uniquely distinctive look. They almost look like an animated character's shoe. The color of the heel is not the same as the upper...this will either bother you, or you will appreciate it for this reason. The comfort: I tried another pair of platform Uggs currently in season, and those fit really tight, uncomfortably and looked "ordinary." These slipped on like silk and are really comfy to walk around in. They are a bit heavy and clunky, but if you're just running errands or wearing around the house, they are wonderful and warm. FYI - I usually wear a 7.5 in boots and 8 in sneakers. Upon the advice of the listing, if you are in between sizes, size down. I went with a 7. They fit well and I have thick calves, and wide feet...

Extremely poor delivery service
After ordering a pair of boots for my daughter via online and I ordered them 14 days before Christmas. With a quick shipment promise, the boots never arrived! And after 5 phone calls to customer service over the last week and a half, not one agent would tell me the truth about my order! Which had me waiting and waiting til now it's Christmas, too late to go buy another gift and still NO DELIVERY!! On top of that, the boots are now $20.00 cheaper and I've heard nothing about Nordstrom Rack refunding my extra $20.00 paid. I love the Rack BUT will no longer purchase online! My first and last time!!

I got these because I hadn’t had a pair of chestnut Uggs in awhile. I’m 5’5 so I was apprehensive about the height- but I tried these on and they were sooo cute on me! It’s about style! Everything isn’t for everyone!

I wear a 7.5 and I sized down and they are perfect. I tend not to wear socks with my uggs so the fit is spot on. If you intend to wear thick socks you may want to size up. They are really comfortable and easy to walk in..

I love these boots! Yes, they do have a bit of a Frankenstein monster vibe, but they’re cute and ridiculously comfortable. They also give me a bit of extra height! I normally wear a 7, and the 7 is slightly loose but very comfortable. The shearling lining keep my feet warm in 14 degree weather.

For 60 bones you cannot go wrong
Going out of town and I seriously thought about this before I purchased. It’s final sale, I thought “oh well”, and took the leap. Seeing that these may very well be my final purchase from UGGs USA, I figured these would be a fitting pair to walk away with. I actually love them and am hopeful to make some very, very wonderful and worthwhile memories in them. They are a little tighter than what I expected, but I trust they’ll expand. If I did this over, I’d definitely purchase them in my actual size instead of sizing down. I do have wider feet, a slightly higher instep and larger calves. But they are beautiful and worthwhile memories the price. And they are cuter in person!
