Hard to get on; not plush.
These were very difficult to get on, and once on, are *okay* but not on par with my other Uggs. Immediately upon taking them out of the box, I was not impressed by the quality - just not as plush or soft as I was expecting or is the case with other similar footwear. That plus the difficulty in getting them on makes them an immediate return.

so cute but too wide at heel
These boots are adorable, and sooo soft, but sadly they slip off my heels and I will have to return. I’m ALWAYS a 9 in Uggs and have never had this problem before! Tempted to keep them bc they are so good looking, but the slipping heels would drive me crazy. So sad. :(

These boots ran large- after reading reviews it sounded like others had to size up, that was not my experience. The size 8 felt and looked too big, the toes looked roughed up- like they had been rubbed on something. Returned and don’t plan on repurchasing in my size, the quality just wasn’t there.

Cute but tough fit
I really wanted these and thought I’d be keeping them. They are very cute but walking in them isn’t great. They run on the larger side and my heel slips with every step. Going to try a size down but then I think they’ll be too tight in the toes.
