received worn used item
Got these in the mail in a plastic mailer. Opened them up. Outside and soles looked fine. Reached inside to remove packing and felt the toe imprints and foot ridges of someone else having worn them for some time. Didn’t try them on as so unhygienic. Would have loved them if they weren’t used. Customer returns should be inspected before returns.

Far from plush
Ugg has a flop here. The not sherling was thin and they felt cheap. Returned
