Love This Dress!
This drop waist design is perfect for my body type--athletic, 5 ft 8 in, 150 lbs, short waist, long legs. I could have ordered an 8 but went with US10. It fits just like on the model, not skin tight and a little loose. The neckline and chest area does not pucker as shown rather it has a minimizing effect. The smocked bodice ends below hips and the hem is down to my ankles. Fabric is 100% cotton and washable, it is soft but not flowy. I loved this dress so much I bought all 3 colors (white, black and light green). Be warned that the white is a a little shear in the skirt area. Dress works best if you are tall. Shortening the hem would look disproportionate with the bodice.

It looked better on me with the V neck in the front. It didn't seem to fit right with the V in the back. Cashmere was itchy. It felt more like a blend. It might be right for you, but I'm returning it. Nice length.
