What it does: This lip gloss is formulated with scientifically advanced lip volumizing technology and a blend of powerful hydrators to help your pout appear fuller, plumper and smoother from the very first swipe.
How to use: Apply directly onto clean, dry lips using the doe-foot applicator. Lay the applicator flat against your lips to evenly distribute the richest pigment, applying in a back-and-forth motion. For more precise application, use the tip of the applicator to apply gloss to the lip line.

Literally a lip plumper and lip balm all in one! It last for hours even after I eat it's still on my lips, and when it does finally wear off my lips and still super moisturized and plump... I also love it doesn't leave any weird white film on the side of lips... I love lips glosses (have tried them all) and always reach for this one. Also the packaging is super cute... Overall top tier product.

Just a lip balm
Purchase this product from Ulta Beauty. Does not meet minimal expectations. It is just a lip balm does nothing for plumping at all. At least not for me. Wonder if it could possibly be expired.
