I recently purchased a pair of Sorel boots, and I am extremely disappointed with their design. The boots are incredibly narrow, and the seams that sit right on the ankle bones cause intense pressure and chafing. After just 15 minutes of walking, the boots rubbed my skin to the point of bleeding. This issue isn’t just specific to my feet. Several of my friends tried on these boots as well and all agreed that they are unwearable due to how uncomfortable they are. It’s shocking that such a well-known brand would release a product with such a major flaw. I expected much better quality and thoughtfulness in the design. I cannot recommend these boots to anyone. If you value comfort and functionality, steer clear of this model. When I wanted to return them, it was impossible because this model was purchased at a discount.
