left shoe bigger than the right

I have no idea how this happens but the left sandal is bigger than the right. I ordered online and now going to return. Pretty sad because they’re so cute

one too small, one too big

So weird. I’ve had many pairs of Sorels but the left shoe was immediately too loose and since the elastic strap is fixed there’s no way to change it. The right shoe is too tight.
