Poor quality
I wore this shoe only about four times and kept them stored in a drawstring fabric bag with desiccants. They were 3 1/2 years old, leather and soles were like new. I recently wore them to a baptismal and when walking from the car to church, the heel on both shoes started disintegrating. I thought this shoe was so comfortable so I also have a black pair and a pale pink pair, they too are barely worn. I bought them around the same time as them as the brown one so I’m afraid to wear them anywhere. I threw them out with the brown pair. What a waste.

Birkenstock design error, very disappointing!
I've been really looking forward to buying these shoes for the summer. These sandals look cute and the heels aren't too high so I think they would be perfect for walking around on vacation. The footrest and raised angle are very comfortable and the shoe design is very cute. Unfortunately, these shoes have too many design errors. I could feel the staples underneath the buckle rubbing painfully against my feet . The buckle is also difficult to open to adjust the tightness. It's a shame because the shoe style is so cute. I will have to return it.

The back strap is wrong
The backstrap on the sandals is placed very low and hits on the back of the heel instead of the ankle. Several people already said that the buckle is difficult to fasten but I also couldn't get it to hold my foot in place. The footbed is very comfortable and I like the platform height, but will have to return these because the poor design.
