Great fabric - high waist

I really love the hand of this fabric. It is thick and soft, and really looks like suede. There is no zipper of other waist opening. The waist is elastic. The waistband is high, but it can be rolled over to make it narrower.

Good quality

The fabric is lovely—thick and almost suede like. This XS waist is about 24-25”. It doesn’t stretch too much, but it hugs the waist.
