Plaid Pencil Skirt

This skirt is advertised as bringing "polished style to your wardrobe with this stretchy knit pencil skirt featuring a classic plaid print." It is stretchy, but the knit is no better than cheapest fleece scarf you have. "Polished style" it will not bring. I was very surprised to say the least. The other thing is that this is the second item from the Rack that I have received without any tag whatsoever. No price, no label tag, nothing. That means someone wore it and managed to return it. I don't like being sent items that have been returned like that. How am I supposed to return it? (I usually wear a medium, and the large fit. I had a feeling and sized up.)
