Pleated Midi Skirt

I like this pleated skirt, however it is a bit thin. It's good that there is a lining underneath. This skirt is light weight, flowy, and true to size. It wrinkles easily.

Like the style of this skirt and lightweight feel. The blue is a beautiful shade and the brown version is really nice also. The problem is that this skirt is only available online and it arrives with the pleats badly wrinkled in many areas so that it looks sloppy. I called customer service and tried ordering it again hoping the next one would arrive in good shape. But that did not help even though I told rep about the issue and requested it be sent in a box and not smooshed into a bag. They sent it in another bag, again very smooshed. If you hang it up the wrinkles don't just come out. The cleaning instructions say iron if needed but don't know how you go about ironing the small pleats. I also like to use steamers and haven't used an iron in years. So not sure what I'll do about this.
