You can never go wrong with this brand.
I can’t speak to the “faux” leather because I’ve only had them 24 hours. I try to stick with genuine leather, but these were to cute to pass up. They are super comfy, including the back strap. They don’t rub on your ankle at all. I have neuropathy in my feet, and I can wear these all day. I’ve never gone wrong before with Naturalizer. Highly recommend. True to size.
