Asthmatic husband

My husband has asthma and this has helped him sleep better at night. No more waking up with a cough - no dry throat. Easy to use, easy to clean.

You have to use a lot of oil to get the smell

Tank size is way to big for the amount of oil needed

Can’t clean it so what’s the point

I clean with vinegar and water every single day and there is still mold build up because the top piece doesn’t come apart. Huge flaw. Impossible to get 100% clean. Will have to throw out and get a new one once the inside residue is bad enough. The mister itself is great and so are the lights and it lasts all night long. But the lack of ability to clean it trumps the positive.

Hi Trr11, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the mold build-up you’re experiencing with your humidifier and understand how frustrating it is when a unit is difficult to clean. To help maintain a fresh mist, we emphasize regular maintenance using white distilled vinegar to neutralize growth. For those hard-to-reach areas, we recommend using a specialized bendable "humidifier" brush to ensure a thorough, deep clean of the internal components. Consistent cleaning is the best way to prevent residue from thriving in moist environments. We’d really like to help get this resolved for you. Please reach out to us at help@pureenrichment.com or 657-275-3737, and our team will be happy to assist with troubleshooting or next steps. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention; we appreciate the opportunity to help. Thank you, Jessica Pure Enrichment Customer Support

Garbage, did not work even once

Broken immediately out of the box. Would not register that the tank was full and wouldn't turn on (got three red flashes instead). Then it stopped doing anything at all no matter what I did. Design and quality itself is garbage, very leaky and cheap.

Great Portable Humidifier

Just saw this in one of things my daughter brought home from her father’s stuff. At first I didn’t know what it was, so I researched online and found this website. So far I liked it and it is very light (compared to my other big and heavy humidifier) and easy to put water and transport it anywhere around the house.

Not a good product PureSpa XL

The water container of this humidifier cannot be cleaned. It got really disgusting mold or something on the inside and you can’t open it to give it a good cleaning. Soaking the inside in Vinegar did not work. I would not buy this product again.

Great product, but I need some suggestions.

I’ve had this product a year and I love it. I use it every day, and it’s wonderful to be able to choose different scents for different moods. Since I use it so much it does get dirty on the inside so I just use a soft sponge and dawn soap. However I feel like the scent of the essential oils isn’t as strong as when I bought it. Are there any suggestions for deep cleaning the insides? Like running it with some kind of cleaning solution? Thanks.

Humidifiers

I love the humidifiers, however, the small green washer wears out, and I have been unable to replace them. I own three other humidifiers and can no longer use them without replacing the green washers. I cannot find the receipts for them. Can you help?

I sell essential oils and I stock this diffuser and give it to new customers. I think it is the best and is a good cost
