It’s been wonderful! I researched long and hard for a small, powerful humidifier that I wouldn’t have to refill obscenely often and that wasn’t egregiously hideous. What sold me on this one originally was that it looks fairly sleek, seems easy to operate, easy to clean, and provided several different methods for refill. My last one was an expensive, “luxury” one that was complete crap and required me to buy $40 filters every 3 months. It was impossible to clean and so heavy I had to fill multiple pitchers and carry it over each night to fill it. I never thought it did anything, so I finally got fed up and tossed it this summer. WELL, winter rolls around here in NY and I started to get unbearably dry skin and mouth/sinuses. I expedited my search as best as possible as I NEEEDED a humidifier asap. Yours was reasonably priced and didn’t need pesky filter replacements and met all the other criteria I described. It took just a few (very long, very dry) days to get to me, and I am SO HAPPY with my choice. You really never know with these things, but I just feel like this one is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I love how quiet it is. It looks great. It runs for a long enough time that I don’t feel like I’m filling it up constantly. I can IMMEDIATELY tell the difference when it’s off / on since it does such a great job of providing light humidity. I typically use the lightest setting and it’s perfect for filling my bedroom without fogging up the windows and wetting everything. I cannot believe my luck on such a good pick! I also TOTALLY appreciate that you make it in black AND white as I bought second one in black since we needed one for the living room and that goes better with the color theme in there. Just all around so so happy with these. I’ve cleaned them both out several times and it was super easy to wipe down and they are back to fresh & new again. Thank you for creating such a perfect product! If I had to think of any feedback, it’s that sometimes it can be hard to tell how full the water tank is just by looking in the little fill level window. I thought turning the light on might illuminate it so that I could see better, but the light doesn’t provide any more contrast for the fill window itself. It’s super minor, as I can squint and get real close and see how much water is left, but in case you were ever going to improve on this already perfect product, I would upvote that.
