Amazing product. So soft such helpful small things like a giant power button and extra long chord. Everything I buy from this company is wonderful.

Waste of money

I will start by saying that I typically do not write reviews. If I could have given a negative I certainly would have. There are three heating levels, only one got slightly warm. Waste of money. Quality is poor.

I don’t travel without it!

This is the second heated lap pad I’ve purchased, and I’m so pleased with these. They’re the right weight and heat to provide comfort or relief from discomfort. I don’t go without!

Replacement

I’m very grateful for Rosa’s assistance with sending a replacement heating pad. I have several ailments that benefits from heat. It should arrive soon and I can’t wait. The weighted pad is remarkable and will never buy anything else. Not only does it work so well but it’s like a warm hug!! Because it’s so pliable I’m able to get the heat exactly where needed! I highly recommend the weighted heating pad. Just one more note…because I needed a new heating pad I went to the store and bought another brand of weighted heating pad. Don’t do it…there is no comparison whatsoever! Pure is the one you want!! ♥️ Excellent company and customer service!! Thank you!

Awesom product!

I bought this for my shoulder and it is just the right amount of weight. It holds in place and the heat is evenly distributed. I just ordered a larger one as well. Great product!

Disappointed

I am unfortunately disappointed with this product. It doesn’t get hot enough and the heat is not evenly distributed.
