I purchased the weighed heating pad and I was having a issue with the adapter and Customer service was very helpful and patient with helping answering my questions and resolved my problem with the product. I had a great customer service experience with them.

I don’t travel without it!

Replacement
I’m very grateful for Rosa’s assistance with sending a replacement heating pad. I have several ailments that benefits from heat. It should arrive soon and I can’t wait. The weighted pad is remarkable and will never buy anything else. Not only does it work so well but it’s like a warm hug!! Because it’s so pliable I’m able to get the heat exactly where needed! I highly recommend the weighted heating pad. Just one more note…because I needed a new heating pad I went to the store and bought another brand of weighted heating pad. Don’t do it…there is no comparison whatsoever! Pure is the one you want!! ♥️ Excellent company and customer service!! Thank you!
