Love for Chicago Winter

Inadequate Insulation for Cold Conditions
These boots should never claim to be suitable for temperatures down to -20°C or -30°C. I wore them once at -2°C with winter socks, and the soles of my feet and my toes were freezing. The liner is far too thin for that level of cold. Returning them.

Great warm and waterproof boots
I wore these in almost calf deep snow for a couple of days, and in -15C°. I wore smarwool socks - I was warm, dry and comfortable. My regular size 7.8-8 and 8 fits great. They are not the best looking, in my opinion, but definitely my choice for a cold or snowy day. I am very pleased with them and recommend.
