Puffer Duck Boot (Women)

Love the boots! They are warm, well built, the inner sole lining feels soft. The rubber is solid material, and can fit tight and need break in. There is a little platform, making this pair stylish. The color black goes well with everything. The top insulation is thick and well made as well. Overall very versatile boots. Can’t wait to try them out in the rain or a dry winter day!

I would have given these a 5 star once I got them on- well made, so soft, immediately warm! I’m assuming so well made will be water resistant/proof. Great for New England weather - from rain (the duck boot part) to snow (the immediate warmth). Platform without being obvious yet great and comfortable to walk around in. But! A struggle to get on. I take a solid 9 in boots (8 to 81/2 in shoes) but these do run small in the sense they are very difficult to get on because of where the upper meets the rubber. I tried to put on w just regular socks and I couldn’t. Bare foot again hit that rubber, tried even with shoe horn- no difference of difficulty. Will be returning for a larger size but my concern is I don’t need a longer length in shoe length or width, just more room to get on past that odd spot. Rubber unlike leather doesn’t stretch so the size/fit you get is not going to change. Since I’m just exchanging for a different size it makes me scream I am going to be dinged for a return shipping fee. Buy these, definitely size up, be aware they may not be very easy to get on.
