I absolutely love this bag, The outside material is so soft and has held up very well for the many years I’ve had it. It’s my go to travel bag and tip use the duster bag to cover your bag when going through TSA or placing under seat on a plane.

Disappointed
I own three Longchamp bags, of which I am very pleased. It was because of my previous experience with the brand that I did not hesitate to order a bag online. I really like the size and color of this bag. I also like the tassel detail. My endorsement of the bag ends there.. It is a very inferior product, made with cheap leather. The biggest disappointments are the straps. They are very flimsy, and they are GLUED together, not sewn, like all other high end bags. I'll be surprised if they are not unglued by the end of spring. I am very disappointed in a product I have been fond of in the past, and will never purchase without thoroughly inspecting.

Nice quality, but heavy and floppy
Why is this bag so heavy? The hardware itself is heavy, but I think it's the bottom of the bag itself. The bag is an odd combination of heavy and floppy. It will not stand up by itself, which is a disappointment (should have read the reviews before purchasing). The cobalt blue is beautiful, as is the gunmetal hardware, but I returned this bag for the reasons above.

Beautiful bag just not for me this time
Returner as it just didn’t seem worth the $. Beautiful color and wide open body. Straps too unstructured for me. Also unlined. While I often like that, I wanted a more sophisticated bag this time. But if that’s what you’re looking for you’ll love it!

The tote is very soft and slouchy- if you are looking for this kind of style - this is the one! It does not really sit up on its own. It will get softer with time. You have to hold the bag when you are looking for item inside the bag. I would not recommend to carry laptops or books for school and work because they don't not stay in one position. You have to adjust them time to time.
Some comments said it is heavy - it is reasonable weight for a leather bag- not as light as canvas. I will use this bag to carry personal items everyday - but not a heavy duty bag like computers, books or files.
