wrong order!
I was sent a completely different item than what I ordered, it was a completely different brand and when I try to report it on the app as received wrong item, it just gave me a link to a phone number and when I called an automated system said all I could do was return it and order it again. It wouldn’t even let me order a replacement and ordering it again online would just mean I have to pay the shipping worst experience with this app ever.
