It's okay fit
The material is medium thickness. Has light stretch to it. But the belly area is not stretchy at all. A typical jean. I'm usually a 34 to 36 x30 this one even at 36 I didn't find the same comfort fit.

The pants are an amazing fit that feel good on the waist and the length is just right. The pants definitely fit pretty exact to the size that I chose and purchase, also they remain comfortable and do not feel heavy while wearing.
