These run extremely small.
I ware a 7.5. I ordered a 7.5 then returned them because they were way too small so I ordered an 8. They are snug. Large toe starts to hurt. Hopefully, I can use the ice trick and stretch them in the toe area. They are comfortable the heal does rub I did have blisters. I recommend ordering a full whole size up from where you are. I probably should have gotten an 8 and a 1/2.
