Velcro does not stick well
Unfortunately the Velcro has already stopped working, only 1 week into wear. They fit my child well and there is no fuzz stuck, but the Velcro won’t stay put. That hasn’t been the case for other New Balance shoes for my kids so this was surprising and disappointing. Seems to be something about the particular make of this model.

Velcro does not stick well

No good Velcro strap
I bought these shoes for my 4 year old son. I liked the shoes at first and my son seems comfortable in them, but the Velcro strap doesn’t fasten anymore after only a few weeks. I will be returning.

Great for little wide feet
Love these sneakers. My 1 1/2 year old daughter enjoys them every time she wears them. These sneakers are great for wide little feet and the color options are very nice too. I ordered the extra wide so they have the room and comfort my daughter needs. Also, the shoe tongue is not attached which is great because you can comfortably put in the shoes without a struggle and the easy Velcro strap makes it’s easy and convenient to secure the shoe. I will be buying these sneakers moving forward. Thank you New Balance !

Only shoes that fit my x-wide footed kiddo !
