Shoes look Fake Horrible Experience

disaster with order fulfillment
I ordered this item in black and silver and lovedddddd it! I loved this color way aswell… had the worst experience with its fulfillment though! I ordered the first time in size 10 and it was sent in a size 7 so i returned. I ordered a second time and the shoe was sent once again in the wrong size 7 which i did not order… i ordered a 10! The label created by staff stated the shoe was a 10 when in fact inside the shoes actual size label it was a 7. Did not order again!
