DONT LIKE THE ROLL FORWARD SHOES
I wish New Balance would bring back the 840!! I have used it for many years because of the wide toe box & back issues. I tried the 860 V15, did not work ! The shoes was too high in the heel & rolled forward. Very uncomfortable! I don’t know why you are making all the shoes with the roll forward in them. Isn’t safe for some people. PLEASE BRING BACK THE 840!! I had to buy a Brooks for now!

New Balance US response
Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being a long-time 840 wearer. We're sorry to hear the 860v15 did not provide the fit and comfort you relied on, particularly with the higher heel and forward-rolling feel. We understand how frustrating it is when a trusted favorite is no longer available, and if you'd like assistance exploring alternative styles that may better suit your needs, our Customer Care team would be happy to help.

V15 worst yet
I’ve been wearing 860 shoes for about a decade, so I don’t know why they change a good shoe. V15 is stiff, heavy, and more narrow. All the things I and my feet loved about the 850 are gone. I went on a short walk first thing and now I have foot pain. I will be returning and try to find an earlier version.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear this version felt stiffer, heavier, and narrower than the 860 models you've come to rely on over the years, and that it caused discomfort during wear. If you'd like assistance exploring other options that may provide the fit and feel you prefer, our Customer Care team would be happy to help.

Absolutely amazing shoe
These are the best sneakers I've ever owned! I've been hiking, running, everyday walking and I haven't had an issue ever! I'm so glad I made this purchase because I have a bone spur on the top of my foot and these stabilizing sneakers and phone Souls have made my life so much more comfortable!

PLEASE BRING BACK 860V13!!
I have flat feet/overpronation. Am a women's size 12 narrow. I have always worn new balance shoes with custom orthotics. No other brand has worked well for me. The 860v13 was the BEST shoe. I could stand all day without feeling any pain and I work in retail/healthcare. I could run and dance in them too. They were a great all around sneaker! I was so sad when they changed it to the v14. Cause those didn't work for me. Then when the v15 came out, I got excited and ordered a pair. I didn't like them either. The toe box felt smaller and it didn't feel good on. I even brought them to my podiatrist and they told me to return them. There is no flexibility in the toe box area. I have had to settle for brooks 12 narrow but it's not the same....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE women's 860V13 12 NARROW!!!!! I'm willing to buy like 10 pairs at once!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the 860v14 and 860v15 did not provide the same comfort, fit, and flexibility you experienced with the 860v13, especially after finding a style that worked so well with your orthotics and daily needs. We appreciate your thoughtful feedback about the toe box and fit, and we’ll be sure to share your comments with our product team while Customer Care remains available if additional assistance is needed.
