Mitsu Pointed Toe Bootie (Women)

I bought the doe colored ones and the black ones . They are beautiful and had lots of compliments. I bought the boots in the summer for the fall . Wore them for the first time 10/11/25. The black ones are defective. The heal has lifted from the shoe . I can’t wear them . Wore 1x . I’m not heavy for the heal. (I’m 5’5 and 145 ) I reached out to Natrori directly and they will not fix the boot because they say it’s Nordstrom’s problem, Nordstrom’s says it passed the return date . I advise you don’t purchase for fall in the summer.. I don’t want a refund, I’d love a replacement or a repair.. I’m so disappointed in both parties. If they bought a bad lot of manufactured defects and passed it on to the consumer, shame on them . I’d love a replacement.. I love the style of the shoe. Love the look, unique.. it’s just a bad manufacturing defect I do believe. The doe colored ones , no issues.. I can’t just glue the heal back, I’d have to take it to a shoe repair shop and they quoted me 50.. that was more than the boot itself..
