MOTHER

Founded in 2010 by premium-denim industry pros Lela Becker and Tim Kaeding, MOTHER specializes in collections that present a juxtaposition of hard and soft. The brand evokes teenage rebellion, unconditional love and hilarious insult all at the same time (the company's name is a play on the duality of the word "mother," which can be nurturing or a cuss).

read the reviews

I read the reviews about the sizing and they do run slightly small as they don’t have much stretch. I think most people are getting too used to stretch so I believe they actually do run TTS. However, I did size up one but feel I could have worn my normal size but the fit of these is great since they don’t have stretch that many mother jeans usually have. For reference I am 5’8/150 normally a size 27 in mother, ordered a 28. I do like the fit of them on me

disagree with other reviews on size

These are true to size or slightly big. If you are between 2 go down. The awful thing about this overly expensive brand is these jeans have zero stretch not appealing

Love these!

I read all the reviews that said these ran very small so I ordered one size bigger than my normal Mother size. First time I wore them they pretty much stretched. These are not super rigid, they have stretch. I think I could have gone with my normal size but I like these enough yo just keep em.

Nice!!.....

I really liked the jeans' style; the bad thing is they run very small. I usually wear a 27 in Paige, but I ended up with a 29

Perfect fit

I am 5’ 3”, 114 lbs and no hips. I am size 25 in Lucky Brand and sometimes size 24 if stretchy. I bought these in size 24 and they fit perfect. They are longer on me since I am shorter but sit right at top of a low boot, so perfect for me. A lot of brands are too loose on my waste or saggy on bum if the rest fits so Lucky Brand has been my “go to”. Now Mother is too!

Love the wash but not the sizing

I LOVE THE WASH(color)!! But the sizing is way off. I’m a curvy girly(thighs and butt) and normally wear a 28, 28/29 in this brand. Unfortunately, I need a 30/31 in these. Also, they have little to no stretch.
