Siren Edge 3 Sneaker

These Merrel Siren Edge 3 sneakers are great looking shoes, but unlike other reviewers I did not find them comfortable. For me, the footbed felt hard, and they creased at the top when I walked, which hurt. I will return them.

These look great and fit to size. If you want to insert your own insole, then think of going a 1/2 size up. I am breaking them in and will wear them in a trail soon.

I am a fan of Merrell footwear; the Moab 3 Waterproof Hiking Shoe is my go-to, so I was delighted that the Merrell Siren Edge matched it in comfort and wearability. I walk about four miles a day, and I have had Plantar fasciitis, so comfort and stability in a shoe are a must. To my surprise, this shoe is beautiful and functional, providing the support and stability my foot needs.

I really like these hikers - the only problem I have with the is they run small - I should have sized up 1/2 a size - they work but are a bit short

I love these shoes. I hiked 10 miles on a Colorado mountain trail right out of the box. The shoes are light, sturdy and grippy. I wear a 10.5 with Darn Tough hiking socks and these shoes seem to form to my foot. Plenty of room for toe spread yet snug on my narrow heels. One month in and 5 hikes later, I'm very happy.

I have worn Merrell's Siren Edge 3 for about 15 years. I have several different colors. They are comfortable from the time I take them out of the box. No breaking in period. I have a high arch and I find them very supportive. I walk at least 2 miles a day for exercise and wear these sneakers as my everyday shoe too. So I go through a new pair frequently. I currently have 4 different colors and look forward to adding Cement to my wardrobe.

Well built and comfortable. I use these shoes for daily walks of about 3 miles. They give good support and hold up well.

Nice fit,. Shoe is of good quality and colors are as expected. I had my last Merrill waterproof trail runners for 15 years and wore them so often. The soles may be thinner than my last pair or it may just be that I also wear Hokas. For now they are quite comfortable.

These shoes did run a little big on me, I typically wear a 7.5 and bought an 8. The wide toe bed is great. They have a little stiffer sole then what I’m use too but overall feel great.

Stiff but comfortable footbed. Waterproof and excited about it 💋

Well, this is probably my 11th pair of Siren Edge 3’s I’ve bought over the years, and I’m noticing a deterioration in quality in my more recent pairs. I’ve always loved them because they’re a perfect fit for my fairly narrow foot with a bunion and great for daily walks. Not only is the heal wearing down quicker, but they now scuff very easily and are not as comfortable as they used to be—are the materials changing? Is Merrell cutting corners to keep prices down? I’m trying out Hoka and New Balance…
