Siren Edge 3 Waterproof Sneaker

I have always loved Merrell hiking shoes. And I do love the way these look and perform, but they run very small and narrow. My normal shoe size is 9M and I always size up for hiking shoes, but even a size 10 is too small and I ended up with hotspots on the tips of my toes and side of my big toe.

Good lightweight shoe. Broke in very quickly. Arch support is not as high as my previous Merrills but still comfortable. Only minor concern is that I can’t wear very low socks, the top of the shoe irritates my ankle. Waterproof so far but haven’t tested in a driving rain yet.

Took these to Scotland for a long trip. You don’t need any time to break them in. They are very comfortable.

This Siren Edge 3, waterproof in a WIDE have been my go to walking shoe for year’s as I am a professional dog Walker here in San Francisco. This shoe is wide enuf to put my orthopedic, very stable, truely waterproof and very balanced. I am almost 72 and have had falls in the past, but not in this shoe that I recall. A +!!

This is my 4th pair of Siren Edge shoes, but my first WP pair. I have loved my previous pairs. I got my regular size 8 and have walked 2miles several times a week and have trail walked 2miles weekly since March 2026. I wanted the shoes broken in really well before we take a family national park trip in Sept., but they are still rock hard and feel like walking on cement. The toe box is so hard I can hardly wait to take them off when I return home. It’s too late to return and I will have to find another style. So sorry about this.

I love these hiking shoes. Color is great. They do run small. My usual size was too tight so I had to go up a half size but they were good although they are not as wide. Still a little snug. I had a pair of Siren Edge that lasted me 10 years.

These hiking shoes are incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and provide excellent traction on a variety of trails. The waterproofing works great, keeping my feet dry without feeling bulky. Best of all, even after miles of hiking, they haven't aggravated my plantar fasciitis—a huge win for me. Highly recommend!

Bought these for my girlfriend , she can barely get through a 3mile hike she say they cause serious pain on the yop of her foot

We went on a hike in vintgor gorge in Slovenia and shoes were perfect for the wet terrain, rocks and mud. Walked for 3 miles and no issues with blisters or feet hurting and mind you, this was my very first time wearing them.

Comfortable and water proof. I love these shoes and will definitely be purchasing again in the future

I go for a lot of short hikes on the AT and I’m finding that these shoes are great on rainy mornings and grip the trail really well.

Absolutely love the Siren Edge 3 Waterproof hiking shoes. I’ve been wearing them around for errands to get used to the feel and they feel as perfect as my older Merrell low hiking shoes/boots . I bought these mainly for some upcoming trips to Ireland, Greece and Turkey where I plan to do a bit of hiking but didn’t want to bring my heavier pair. Coupled with their comfort and being waterproof they will be the perfect addition to my travel footwear. I have worn an 8.5 medium in Merrill's for close to 20 years and the sizing is still spot on.
