No cushion
I bought these to use as house shoes (slippers). The lack of cushion was almost like standing directly on the hard floor. I returned them.

Cool Combo slipper
The heel folds down to be worn as slipper/slide. Good water resistance for light outdoor activity. Get the zip version if your going to the campsite.

World Traveling Comfort!
These are perfect for me! I have six pair. My first pair went on a six week safari to Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe nd South Africa. They worked so well I never even wore my heavy hiking shoes. They are so comfortable and durable I keep re-ordering! Love these for me.
