Flat feet...no problem. Great shoes.
I bought my first pair earlier in 2025, I now own 3. I have flat feet and without custom orthotics I have pain...with these shoes no custom orthotics and no pain. Thank you Merrell.

Great shoes, comfortable quality!
I have two pairs of Merrell shoes now. I bought the first pair and they were so comfortable that I bought a second pair. I wear these to work where I walk over 5 miles a day. These shoes are probably the most comfortable I've ever had, the quality of the shoes stands out. I'll probably never buy another brand now.

I wear these whenever I'm going to be putting some miles in hiking, weekend outings and they last about 8-10 months with heavy use which is insane for the price! Great sneaker...

Spend the extra money on a pair of Moab’s
I’m usually a big fan of Merrell products, the Moab’s are some of my favorite shoes (and most comfortable). But these alpines are horrific. Extremely narrow, no cushion whatsoever, the toe box material looks wrinkled and weird. I haven’t “broken them in” yet because I can only wear them for a few minutes at a time before I have serious foot pain. I’ve never had an issue with my other merrells so I hope this is just a fluke. But it was a super cheap pair to buy so you get what you pay for I guess. Only reason I left 2 stars because they look nice overall
