Damaged goods

The shoe arrived at my house with the inner sole of one shoe completely unglued. I was appalled that I was sent damaged goods and then they charged me for ordering/returning it. I will not order from this website again due to such offensive treatment of paying customers.

Narrower than expected

Doesn’t quite fit as well as many other New Balance shoes I’ve worn. Feels narrow and tight especially along the arch
