Royal Platform Penny Loafer (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always order size 8 in Melissa website. I got these shoes and they are bigger than a 8 size. And they are super wide. I requested to switch for a size 7 or 7.5. The returns are complicated. I kept them. Put an insole and some tissue paper in the point. At least I can wear them and I don’t have to go through the hassle of paying for a return to buy a smaller size. I won’t probably buy a Melissa again. Because it is a hit or miss.

I’m a 9.5 and normally I would get a 10 but that was sold out. So I ordered a 9 based on the description. Nope. They do not run big. Unfortunately I had to return. So sad because they are gorgeous out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I thought about when I got these shoes is how am I going to deal with blisters. Nope, so comfortable and zero issues. I love the traction on them as well. May have to get another pair. I usually wear an 8 1/2, the 8 fits perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a 7 it was huge, returned it for the next lowest size which was a 6 and it’s still big but also small. The heel of the shoe pushes my foot to the front of the shoe in a a way that makes my toes need more space, but my heel is flopping out the shoe when I walk. I’m hoping they stretch a little in the front, because even with the size issue, they’re still comfortable enough and cute enough to keep.
