The purse was used and damaged and the purse item

I ordered this online. They charged me but instead they sent me the wrong item (A pair of shoes). I was charged the purse and never got a chance to get it/see it. Then the return process was also a bad experience. They didn’t come to pick up and had to leave package on front porch all day which is t safe. And the return option was offered. Mail service finally came after I had to call store back for a no-show. Refund is still Pending. This was NOT a good and first shopping experience with this store!

When my bag arrived yesterday, I was shocked. I thought I would receive the other items I bought, but here she was, lol, just waiting for me.

The purse is by all means attractive! Definitely a subtle eye-catcher. Although advertised (in video) as an everyday bag, it is not. I purchased this bag about a month ago, I’ve carried for 2 weeks and she’s already beginning to show wear at the edges on the bottom and slight peeling! I am hurt! Gonna find out what I can do to preserve her before it wears through the material and creates an actual hole. I’ve bought smaller Kurt bags for others, but this is a first for myself.

This has become one of my favorite everyday bags. I get compliments every time I carry it. Stylish and elegant….and sooo spacious!!

I have been looking for a stylish black handbag. One that has room to fit everything I need and look great. Love that it has a button closure as well as draw string. The chain straps are a perfect drop length.
