Ordered but received WRONG item and was charged!
I ordered this online. They charged me but instead they sent me the wrong item (A pair of shoes). I was charged the purse and never got a chance to get it/see it. Then the return process was also a bad experience. They didn’t come to pick up and had to leave package on front porch all day which is t safe. And the return option was offered. Mail service finally came after I had to call store back for a no-show. Refund is still Pending. This was NOT a good and first shopping experience with this store!
