Diana Black Crystal Cluster Collar Necklace

This necklace is lovely but it arrived broken. It was packaged on a cardboard tray with bubble wrap in an organza bag. The bubble wrap was not taped or secured around the necklace in any way and all that was in the box was tissue paper. The necklace bounced from California to Chicagoland and was broken when it got to me. One of the twist ties was loose and one was off. I'm trying to find all of the gems to make the repairs needed. This is my second necklace from this brand and in this style and I had no issues with the first one. This was a splurge with my small budget, so I'm pretty disappointed.
