Crap quality.
Heels somehow BENT while I was wearing them?? So I had to walk lopsided for half the day. They are pretty shoes, but absolutely crap quality, definitely not happy with this purchase.

Lack of respect and professionalism from the emplo
The store itself is leaving much to be desired. My last orders have only given me headaches. These shoes were a Secret Santa gift and arrived with several defects, damaged in all parts of the shoe, as shown in the photos I sent. When I returned them to the Nordstrom store, they couldn't believe the shoes were sent in that condition. I don't know which store they were sent from, nor the employee who was capable of sending a product in that state inside a plastic bag, because they didn't even send the box with it. I returned the item right away with the employee by my side, and we made the new purchase of the shoes on December 26th, but I still haven't received the product.
