Poor quality

Terrible heels. Poor quality. You can see the glue seeping out from the stitching. Plus the shoe doesn’t fit me. Feels stiff too. I could’ve bought a pair from Charlotte Russe and wouldn’t tell the difference.

Not real Suede

I ordered the black suede shoes online and I received a velvet one labeled as suede. I returned it and placed the order again. Same thing happened, they are selling velvet shoes instead of Suede. Very disappointing.

Pink is velvet, not leather. Toe is narrow and heel is wide. Shoe is slightly long.

Waste Of Time

Twice I've ordered these shoes in black suede and twice I received black velvet. Is your warehouse really that sloppy or is it intentional and you think we won't notice the difference?
