Excellent quality skirt
I purchased this skirt in a size 4. The fabric is 100% cotton with no stretch. I’m 5'3" with a 30" waist and 42" hips. While the size 4 fits well overall, it’s slightly snug through the hips. In hindsight, I would have gone with a size 6 for a bit more ease. The right size really comes down to your waist and hip measurements for this style.
