Magnanni continues to get cheaper and cheaper and cheaper. Lastest disappointment is going cheap on the insole no longer including a fully cushioned insole. I can tell you Allen Edmonds, to boot and Bruno have all made cuts to quality but none as dramatic as magnanni. As someone with 15 pairs or so of magnanni in my closet they just keep finding new ways to disappoint.

There's another review on here talking about the drop in quality and they're 100% right. The shoes look good, but they're getting cheap and aren't nearly as comfortable as they used to be. There's not enough room in them for insoles and I can't even wrap my head around how going super cheap on the shoe padding is a good idea for shoes. These will be my last pair of Magnanni shoes because they're not even worth the marked down price. The 2 star review is because they still look nice even if they're uncomfortable and seemingly poorly made.
