I ordered the black and merengue colors. Merengue came with a Nordstrom Rack dust bag. I wish the black did, as well. The color of the merengue is gorgeous. I actually prefer it over the black, but I rarely wear light colors, so the black will get the most use. It’s a classy bag. I have a similar bag from another high end company that does outlet and I prefer the signature canvas or Saffiano as the pebbled leather can get very heavy. So, this Saffiano leather is very comfortable and lightweight. It is fully leather and smells like leather. Anyone saying it isn’t leather, isn’t used to Saffiano. While I love a good leather bag that feels like leather, as I’ve gotten older those bags are just too heavy for me now, so I’ve grown to appreciate signature canvas and Saffiano as it feels like I’m barely carrying a bag.

My item was not delivered to me. I have ring doorbell camera footage to confirm that no package was delivered. I contacted customer support immediately after the delivery notice informing them that there was not a package at my door. After 24hrs I received an email stating unable to process a refund. I cannot pay for an item that I never received. Please help me and anyone else who may experience a missing package.

This bag in dark merlot is perfect for fall and winter. Plus the finish of the saffiano leather is durable and will hold up to unpredictable fall weather. The size is large large enough to hold everything needed with overwhelming my petite frame. The handles are large enough to carry comfortably in my elbow and the crossbody strap makes the purse more versatile as a crossbody.
