Collection Cher Crystal Embellished Pump

Nordstrom I purchased this shoe in three colors. The shoes themselves are beautiful, that's not in question. But only the blue pair came as brand new. The green - in the original box, with heel replacement tips and extra crystals for the buckles included. But worse, so clear were worn before. Burgundy - NOT the original box, no heel tips, no extra crystals, clear show slightly been worn. Blue - brand new shoes, NOT the original box, no heel tips, no extra crystals. For the price, I expected new, unworn shoes across the board. Last time I checked Nordstrom is not Goodwill store. When I reached out about replacements, I was told they don't guarantee "brand shoes." That's not an acceptable answer when you're paying big dollars price for what should be new merchandise. Beautiful shoes, but I can't recommend my buying experience.
