Stunning bag! Fits more things than you’d expect while maintaining its shape. Thoughtful internal and external organizations. HOWEVER, the stitching on the strap, especially at the belt loop, feels very rough, as in it will scratch your skin and likely to damage delicate fabric. I chose to return it, but it was a hard decision.

The bag is nice but stiff. I expected nice soft leather like my TB crossbody bags.

I have been excitedly waiting for this bag to arrive. Initially, the color (Deep Jade) was out of stock and after checking back for other things on the website a few weeks to a month later, to my surprise, it was available. Without hesitation, it was purchased. After a few days, the item arrived. Upon opening the box, I noticed how it was well packed. Aside from the thoughtful wrapping of the item with paper, the product was in a plastic bag inside a Nordstrom Rack dust bag. The item looks new, but without a single packing gel. The tag and strap are still attached to those plastic ring tag holder. The Lauryn bag is structured and stiff. My essentials such as slim wallet, 8" tablet sans cover fits inside the bag. A small notebook and pen, small wristlet etc. Note that the tablet didn't fit in the either the external slip pockets. Might need some time to stretch out or soften the bag, but I don't mind it being the way it is. When the bag arrived, the shoulder strap was at the longest setting, which was comfortable and loose (I'm about 5'6", size Med/Large). I tried it at the titghtest and it still fit. I liked that it has enough grace when I moved or tugged at it, and I liked the feeling that it was closer to my body, and not uncomfortably tight. Overall, this bag is a keeper. I feel that my items won't get squished from the bag's structured design, and I feel this will help me carry what I need from day-to-day day.

Nice shape. Small enough to be comfortable but big enough to hold a few things.

Just the right size for my phone, keys, lipstick, wallet, etc. but not too tight a fit if I need to add the occasional something. Unlike some other reviews, I like that it’s a bit firm, not droopy; makes it easy to find things. OTOH I actually bought it at another well-known retailer for $80. Both frequently carry Kate Spade items but prices vary (usually lower prices there but not always).
