Broke the first use, bad quality
I bought these pants for my boyfriend. I took the same size and model he usually wears at Levi's. Unfortunetaly they were very bad quality and the broke the first time he wore them. They ripped in between the legs. I'm really disapointed

We are not able to process your warranty claim because images of the size label and the country label were not attached.   Please reply to this email and attach both photos.  The size label can be found inside the garment (under the care label).  The country label is the first label of that group.   There are many numbers found on both labels that help us determine the style of the garment, as well as, when and where the garment was manufactured.   We require this information to process your warranty claim.     Remember, if you cannot read the numbers in your photo, neither can we.   For examples of required photos, click or paste the following in your browser: https://help.levi.com/hc/en-us/articles/9533129124493-How-Do-I-Submit-Photos-for-a-Warranty-Claim-   If we cannot process your claim with the images you provide, you will be given instructions to send the garment(s) to our warranty team.
