Kate Block Heel Boot

I ordered the Frye boots in 8.5, but I was sent a completely different pair of boots. I received a pair of tecovas boots in size 8. Nordstrom would not allow me to exchange for a correct. I was told to return and reorder. I retuned the boot as told, but I was charged $9.95 for a shipping label. I understand being charged for shipping label when I changed my mind or an item does not fit. I completely disagree with charging a customer for a return when the retailer shipped the wrong item. Do better Nordstom!

The boots were beautiful and well made, but the size was off. I typically wear a size 9 1/2 in a fry boot, but, the heel was so big it wouldn’t stay on, and I kept walking out of it.

I’ve been wanting a pair of Frye boots for awhile. I decided to try these based on color and style despite the bad reviews. I do have bigger calves I think but these boots fit perfectly. They were easy to pull on and don’t feel heavy at all. This is initially trying them on.

I think the quality of the boot is very good. I ordered my usual size 7 and a 7.5. Sometimes in boots I go up a half size. In this case both sizes were too big! I think the 6 1/2 would be too small or short in length. Had to return and keep looking.

Love these, I sized up half a size and glad I did so I can wear boot socks without feeling like my feet are squished. Did wide calf and also glad I did because it’s comfortable around my leg.

These are a cheap version of what actual Frye boots should be! At this price point I can see why. I have never paid this low price for a pair of actual good quality Fry boots that are made in the USA you get what you pay for!

These are incredible boots. True to size. I have a high arch and narrow calf. I have a hard time not being able to get my feet into pull on boots then the foot area b ing too big on the ones I can get into. Not with these. Getting them off and on is just the right amount of push and tug to be secure. They are comfortable immediately. I ordered several boots and was not expecting to keep these. I immediately fell in love with them. Most comfortable boots ever I have a narrow calf and these look good on me. No gaping holes in between. If you have very wide calf these might not work for you.

Loved these when I saw them as they reminded me of a pair I cherished in my youth, and maybe they just need a little extra break-in time, but I find them to be pretty uncomfortable.

I love these new boots. When I opened up the box, I knew these would be a keeper. The leather is soft, yet holds it shape. I got the wide calf, and they fit well. The most important part is that they are comfortable.

Kind of narrow but too big in the back and felt like ny foot kept slipping g out of it when I walked. Very heavy and kind of clunky. Loved the look of it though and it is well made. Just didn’t want to try to break them in and have them still be uncomfortable !

Daughter really loves these boots. They are heavy but not as heavy as the Free People boot. Fit TTS. Not for wide calves. A great fit for my college daughter to wear year round. She’s young and athletic so she can tolerate a heavy boot walking all day. She wears these with skirts, denim shorts, jeans.

I haven’t worn the boots yet. I can tell you they are soooo beautiful!!! They are wide calf yes wide calf. I did try them on and they are hard to get off on your own so have help. I will be wearing them to a Christmas event
